UM ALFRED GASSEL BUILDING

Concrete Restoration Services

This facility houses several research laboratories that measure seismic activity and ocean currents as well as atmospheric and marine life. This department uses large amounts of sea water that is contained in a very large tank on the roof of the facility. Because this building is constantly exposed to a very corrosive environment, extensive restoration repairs were completed to extend the life of the facility.
