This projects consists of a 96-unit, eight-story hotel fitting for the upscale area of Bay Harbor.The building, totaling around 132,000 SF, will be stunningly encased by glass railings to provide a seamless experience with the waterfront view. Florida Lemark performed waterproofing, caulking and applied traffic coatings on this project.
