Construction Management

FLC provided the overall coordination of engineering, procurement and construction management for the construction of 3 commercial warehouses buildings for the Graham Companies. The buildings consist of warehouse and office space. They will be constructed using the tilt-up methodology with a pre-cast double tees roof system. Each building will have a loading dock equip with dock levelers. Currently, FLC has been contracted to build the sitework and shell for the client, and is in negotiations for the tenant build-out portion that conceived to be built prior the final completion of the warehouses.  The Scope of Work include site improvements, sanitary & water connections, paving & grading, landscape& irrigation.   Furthermore, the buildings  scope of work includes but is not limited to electrical distribution, fire alarm, plumbing and fire suppression systems. The HVAC will be design as part of the building build-out according to the Tenant’s needs.
