This Florida International University’s pre-cast Parking Garage opened in January of 2015 featuring 7 levels of parking and over 50,000 SF of retail and classroom spaces. The project also included the construction of a pedestrian bridge consisting of a pre-cast concrete double tee with spandrel panels, spanning from the garage to a new elevator/stair tower across campus drive. Florida Lemark performed all the concrete package for this project, including foundations and Pre-cast Erection.
