Florida Lemark has been contracted to completed the restoration work at Ocean Two in Sunny Isles. Our scope of work includes exterior stucco restoration, PT cables, concrete repairs, with painting in both buildings. The job consists of twelve swing stages on the perimeter of the building. The project also consists of a new waterproofing system and new pavers at the size penthouses.
