Concrete Restoration Services
The scope of work includes removal and replacement of existing stucco, repairs to post-tension tendons anchorage, repairs to concrete surfaces and painting of all exterior wall surfaces located at the Brickell on the River North Tower. Additionally, the scope of work also includes structural repairs to the parking garage which includes removal and restoration of damaged concrete, removal and replacement of delaminated stucco and corroded metal; and painting of the entire structure.
