This massive five-story, 392,000 SF replacement facility was built by Skanska. It is designed to accommodate 120-beds to serve the needs of the elderly and rapidly expanding population in the Southern portion of Miami-Dade County.  Florida Lemark’s scope of work included waterproofing and the installation of pre-cast for the shell of this facility.
