Florida Lemark takes a “Safety Ahead” approach to construction safety and health on all of its projects. Our management team, from the owners of the company to our field offices, is committed to workplace and employee safety. We work to ensure that our occupational safety and health policies and practices are in line with industry leading “Best Practices.”
Moreover, Florida Lemark employs safety professionals who are formally educated and trained in Safety Management and OSHA compliance, this has guaranteed we are able to maintain our exceptional Experience Modification Rate well below the industry standard. A Safety Manager is assigned to each project we build in some capacity depending on the size and scope of the project; our philosophy with each project we build is to achieve zero incidents with regard to employee safety and health.
